Clinicaly Shipping & Handling Policy
Domestic Shipping (Pakistan Only)
Order Confirmation & Dispatch: All domestic orders are confirmed via call before dispatch. Confirmed orders are dispatched on the same day or by 6 PM on a business day. Processing typically takes 1-2 days, with delivery occurring within 3-5 days thereafter. Please note, orders are not processed on Sundays.
General Conditions: Subject to stock availability. We strive to keep our stock levels accurate on our website; however, discrepancies may occur. If we're unable to fulfill all items at the time of purchase, we'll ship the available items and discuss your preference for waiting for backordered items or receiving a refund.
Change of Delivery Address: Requests for changing the delivery address can be accommodated before the order has been dispatched.
Delivery Address Restrictions:
- P.O. Box Shipping: Shipping to P.O. box addresses using postal services is not available.
- Military Address Shipping: Unable to ship to military addresses.
Delivery Time Exceeded: If delivery time exceeds the expected timeframe, please contact us for an investigation.
Tracking Notifications: Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link to follow their shipment's progress.
Damaged Parcels: If a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject it from the courier and contact our customer service for a refund or replacement once the courier's investigation is complete.
International Shipping Policy
Shipping Charges & Delivery Timeline: Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at checkout. Delivery for international orders takes approximately 5-7 working days. International orders require pre-payment verification and are not eligible for COD.
International Returns & Exchanges: International orders cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Tracking and Delivery Instructions: A tracking number is provided after dispatch. For delivery instructions, mention them in 'Order Notes' or contact us directly.
Delivery Timeframe for Domestic Orders: Nationwide delivery time is 5-7 days. Orders placed before 6.30 PM (PST) from Monday to Saturday are processed the same day. Orders after this time or on holidays/Sundays will be processed the next business day. Cash on Delivery orders will be processed after verification by customer support.
